Michael A. Williams has been practicing for over 30 years and concentrates his practice predominantly in the areas of association law, corporations, wills, probate and litigation. For over 20 years, he has served as counsel to several non-profit trade associations, foundations, and corporations. His broad legal experience includes such other areas as commercial law, insurance, e-commerce, income and estate tax, bankruptcy, and legislative affairs.
