Trust Administration

          The Trustees and beneficiaries of trusts frequently have questions about the administration of the trust or the rights of beneficiaries and other parties. The firm provides advice, and also aids in the preparation of annual accounts when requested.

Guardianship and Conservatorship

          The firm assists individuals apply for appointment as guardians and conservators to protect the person and property of another. The firm provides advice to guardians, but does not serve as a guardian or conservator.  Having a general durable power of attorney will frequently allow clients to avoid the expense of a guardianship or conservatorship.
